Aidan Brown is a Project Designer at SFCS Architects in Roanoke, Virginia, where she contributes to a range of senior living and community-focused projects. She previously attended Virginia Tech and earned her Bachelor’s of Architecture in 2023. After managing a local restaurant, Aidan developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills, sparking her passion for collaboration and communication. She is passionate about advocacy, design, and welcomes the opportunity to learn from any challenge that comes her way. Aidan previously participated in AIA Virginia’s Emerging Leaders in Architecture (ELA) program and currently serves as Virginia’s State Associate Representative to the AIA National Associates Committee, advocating for licensure support, mentorship, and resources for both emerging and unlicensed professionals. Aidan is actively involved in the AIA Blue Ridge Chapter, where she serves as the Marketing Coordinator for the component's Women in Design group and YAF group. Outside of AIA, Aidan serves on the board for the Blacksburg Young Professionals.
