Ahmed Abdel Saheb, CFA, is the Chief Executive Officer of Signal Hill Equity Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy focused on long term, value driven investment in the U.S. essential services sector. He works closely with founder led and design driven organizations, supporting thoughtful growth, leadership development, and operational strength while preserving firm culture and client relationships.

Ahmed joined Signal Hill in 2024 and spearheaded the establishment of the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Prior to Signal Hill, he was a Partner at a private equity firm focused on lower middle market services businesses, where he led the evaluation, structuring, and execution of numerous successful investments. At Signal Hill, Ahmed partners closely with management teams across the portfolio and serves on multiple boards, helping guide firms through periods of transition, expansion, and long term value creation. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and marketing from the University of Maryland.
