Stephanie Leedom, AIA (Great Lakes Region Executive Director, CannonDesign) is a licensed architect with a career spanning architecture, urban design, and 20 years of public service across three continents. As Chair of the AIA Strategic Council Value Study Group, she researches how architects communicate and capture the full value of what they deliver.



Shawn Mulligan, AIA (Founding Principal, Design Clarity) is a consultant and licensed architect who helps nonprofits and businesses solve strategic problems and lead effectively. As a volunteer, he built ten professional development programs for six nonprofits - including AIA Virginia's Leaders in Architecture & Business (LAB) program. His passion is connecting people and purpose for good.
