Adam Krason is an accomplished architecture and engineering leader with deep experience spanning design, project delivery, firm leadership, and platform-level strategy. His career reflects a commitment to technical excellence, sustainable design, and building organizations that serve both clients and communities with integrity. His leadership reflects a belief that strong firms must balance operational excellence, community engagement, and employee opportunity.
Mr. Krason currently serves as President and Managing Partner of the Architecture & Engineering platform at Signal Hill Equity Partners, where he leads platform strategy, growth, and operational execution across multiple firms and geographies. In this role, he partners closely with founder leaders and executive teams to scale high performing A&E firms while preserving culture, client relationships, and technical rigor. His work focuses on long-term value creation through disciplined growth, leadership development, and thoughtful integration.
In addition to his platform leadership responsibilities, Mr. Krason has led a wide range of complex projects throughout his career. His project experience includes K–12 and higher education facilities, public gathering spaces, military facilities, commercial office buildings, justice facilities (courthouses, correctional facilities, and justice centers), and multi unit residential."
