Additional Dwelling Units offer a non-invasive approach to residential design that increases housing availability in established neighborhoods. Innovating and environmental design constribute options for a wider citizen base: affordable, attainable and sustainable. Attendies will learn how a strategic approach to design, development and collaboration with local governments can open new business oportunities. Examples of built ADUs will be used to show the production of this new housing typology.
