Description

By design, A Gang of Three is a multidisciplinary arts and arts planning practice that operates within an ever-evolving gradient of public art, architecture, landscape architecture, installation, urban planning, ecology and advocacy. We leverage our unique perspectives and strengths to allow us opportunities to tackle such critical issues as climate change, resiliency, social justice, human rights, data, remembrance, and migration, among others. This discussion will present case studies from our own practice to illustrate how multidisciplinary art, design and planning strategies have allowed us to tackle a wide variety of award-winning and much loved placemaking, urban design, public art, and storytelling projects (at various scales) – even on the most modest of budgets.
