Over the past two years, we have collaborated with students, industry partners, and community experts to conduct design research for integrated resilient coastal structures, examining ecological systems and construction processes to identify optimal intersections between them. Using interactive models and virtual reality, we will share two speculative scenarios for coastal habitation featuring strategies of adaptation, portability, interdependence and circular material use.
