Chris Warren, AIA had been very involved in local and state leadership. He started off by participating in the Emerging Leaders in Architecture program in 2016, and came to be chair of the program in 2020. Chris served on the Coastal Virginia AIA board for eight years and was the president in 2022. He currently is the chair of AIA Virginia's Outreach Advisory Council and leads the effort for Resiliency Week. One thing he always tries to do is lead by example and encourage younger architects to get involved and become leaders in their own community.
