A seasoned leader with a global perspective, Anca heads Baskervill’s Civic Studio with a clear mission: to create public spaces that inspire connection and meet evolving community needs. With decades of experience in delivering complex, high-impact civic spaces, Anca knows that successful public-sector projects aren’t just about design—they revolve around listening to communities and responding to their unique challenges with long-term solutions. Because of this, she shines when managing multi-faceted projects with teammates and partners at all levels, whether it’s a playful community center or a grand state building. She currently serves as Vice Chair on the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Art and Architectural Review Board.
