Terry McCormick is the Planning and Design Project Manager at Virginia Commonwealth University for the CoStar Center for Arts & Innovation. Over the past five years, he has guided the project through its design phases, coordinating the work of the architectural design team and pre-construction contractor to bring this transformative facility to life.
Before joining VCU in 2019, Terry practiced architecture for two decades with firms in Chicago, San Francisco, and Richmond. His work spans a range of project types, with a particular focus on arts and education facilities. Most recently, he was with Bartzen & Ball Architects, where he designed the new Arts and Innovation Center at St. Catherine’s School.
