Kelly Beamon has spent 20 years as a staff editor for various national architecture & design publications, concentrating on material health and transparency, sustainable product labeling and the environmental and social impact of design. Her staff positions include roles at Architectural Record, Interior Design, This Old House, Surface and Metropolis, where she wrote a column about sustainable products in every issue. Her expertise spans product trends, ESG frameworks, the AIA Framework for Design Excellence's. She also served on the jury for the 2021 AIA Housing Awards.
