Dr. Gibson is the Associate Vice President Real Estate for VCU Health System. With 55+ years of experience in patient care in multiple executive nursing and leadership roles in Virginia and 20 years with VCU Health today she oversees all design and construction projects for the health system. Her passion is excellence in the delivery of care to patients and the community and was the champion for the new Adult Outpatient Pavilion and the Children's Hospital inpatient tower. She received her diploma from Johnston-Willis Hospital School of Nursing and undergraduate and graduate degrees from VCU and Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from American Sentinel University.
