Will Teass, AIA, is a co-founder and Managing Principal of Teass \ Warren Architects, a Washington, DC-based architectural and interiors firm focused on urban infill projects. Speaking engagements include the AIA National Conference, DesignDC, Neocon, Neocon East, DC Preservation League events, and Capitol Hill Restoration Society Preservation Cafe sessions. He has served on the Board of Directors of AIA|DC since 2018 and currently serves as the 2024 President of AIA|DC. He also co-founded the AIA|DC Small Firm Exchange (SFx) in 2021 and continues to be an active member.
