All flights MUST be booked directly through Covington Travel. Any flights not booked with Covington will not be reimbursed unless you have a special circumstance and have received prior approval to purchase on your own.

When speaking with or emailing the agent, identify yourself as part of the Ropers Majeski group traveling to Dallas, TX, in October and they will assist with finding you the best flight options. 

When contacting Covington Travel, please provide the following information:

• Your full name as it appears on your travel documents
• That you are traveling as part of the Ropers Majeski group
• Your travel dates

Also, please note the following:

• Paid rideshare transportation to and from your home airport will be available via Uber and Lyft apps
• Shuttles will be provided for transport to and from the airport and hotel in Dallas
• When traveling, you can reach Covington Travel's after-hours service at 877-685-4762 
• Meals and snacks will be provided throughout the retreat
• You will be asked to provide a personal credit card on arrival for any incidentals
• The firm will reimburse up to $50 for incidentals at the hotel
