Did you know that neurodiverse teams are at least 30% more productive? Neurodiversity describes the different ways our brains are wired, leading to unique skills, needs, and abilities. Neurodivergent conditions include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia and many others. Neurodiverse traits are often co-occurring. In this session, two neurodiverse designers share leading industry research and personal experiences to describe the spectrum of diversity, stigma vs. reality, and holistic design. Participants will leave the session with implementable tools to remove barriers and build a more (neuro)diverse, inclusive, and productive firms.
