Christianna has been practicing architecture for over 25 years across federal, commercial and residential market sectors and currently leads multidisciplinary teams to complete complex and often phased renovations. She is a licensed Architect in Virginia and Texas, and a LEED accredited professional since 2009. She currently serves as a Senior Architect for Raymond, an Architecture, Engineering and Building Envelope company located in the Southeast U.S. with a regional office in Richmond, Virginia. She was chosen as an AIA RVA Emerging Leader in 2020, a recipient of an AIA DC design feature, an AIA NOVA Grand Design Award, a Texas Architectural Foundation Traveling Fellowship, and her work has been published in the Washington Post and on Houzz. She recently participated in the AIA Women’s Leadership Summit in 2023. She actively mentors students with her alma maters, MIT and Rice University.
