Spencer Lepler, AIA, NCARB, PMP is the Vice President of Architectural and Engineering Services at Adaptive Property Solutions, an Existing Conditions Documentation company specializing in 3D Scanning and As-Built models. Licensed in Virginia and the DC, Spencer is committed to Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI), particularly advocating for LGBTQ+ communities. He has presented on LGBTQ+ issues in Architecture at the AIA national conference.

Residing in Northern Virginia since 200, Mr Lepler is a former Director for AIA Virginia and has served on and chaired their JEDI committee. He is a former 2nd vice president of the AIA Northern Virginia Chapter and one of the founding members of the Chapter’s 360 Mentoring Program. Nominated by the Chapter, Mr. Lepler was a member of the 2012 AIA Virginia Emerging Leaders in Architecture Program, and later served on its steering committee. He was a volunteer member of the 2017 EQxD Survey Design committee.

In addition to his work in architecture, Spencer has previously served on the Board of Directors for Dominion Stage of Arlington, VA and during his time at Tulane he served as the President of the student LGBTQ+ organization, MOSAIC.
