Spencer Lepler is the Vice President of Architectural and Engineering Services at Adaptive Property Solutions, a company specializing in Existing Conditions Documentation, including 3D Scanning and As-Built models. Licensed in Virginia and DC, Spencer is dedicated to Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI), especially advocating for LGBTQ+ communities. He has spoken about LGBTQ+ issues in Architecture at the AIA national conference and at Architecture Exchange East.

Residing in Northern Virginia since 2005, Mr. Lepler is a former Director of AIA Virginia and has served on and chaired their JEDI committee. He is the founding and current chair of the AIA Northern Virginia LGBTQIA+ Alliance, a former chapter 2nd vice president, and one of the founding members of the Chapter’s 360 Mentoring Program. Nominated by the Chapter, Mr. Lepler was a 2012 AIA Virginia Emerging Leaders in Architecture Program member and later served on its steering committee. He was a volunteer member of the 2017 EQxD Survey Design committee. In addition to his work in architecture, Spencer has previously served on the Board of Directors for Dominion Stage in Arlington, VA, and while at Tulane, he was the President of the student LGBTQ+ organization MOSAIC.
