Jess Gardner is a non-binary lesbian, Project Architect, and Associate Principal for the Healthcare team at Kahler Slater. They have more than 10 years of experience working on a variety of projects through all phases of design and construction. Jess is a strong communicator and works hard to maintain a high level of organization and logic within any project.

They enjoy taking on projects that require creative problem-solving with the goal of making something beautiful with integrity. They love that architecture involves a lot of different hats. Sometimes you have to advocate for a project in front of a Town hall meeting or interpret the code as to how it relates to the client's needs.
